AHANA is Afro-centric people of
international African cultural heritage who live in North Atlanta and are enthusiastic to reach out to one another
through this organization.
Whether you are African-American, Indigenous African, African-Caribbean, African-Polynesian,
African-S. American, African-European, African-Asian or African-Middle Eastern...we are now AHANA.
Our Mission
As AHANA We:
Organize regular socials for families, couples, and singles. Cheer
each other on at AHANA sporting events. Entertain each other through AHANA
talent shows. Empower our children at their school and afterschool activities. Feed
each other at AHANA dinners and potlucks. Support Our Entrepreneurs and employ each other. Serve
our local governments and help Our poor. Teach each other through socials, classes and lectures. Display
our great beauty and skill at annual festivals. Build the lasting legacy of a campus for ourselves and
ourselves Our children. Love each other through acts of kindness, careful planning and models of wisdom. Party
fabulously at the 1st Annual AHANA BALL scheduled for April 2008.
